Shipping Policies
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.
We process orders for shipping Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing the same business day. For orders that are $1000 and up, a signature will be required at delivery.
Domestic Shipping Options and Rates
U.S. street addresses only. Applies to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. All domestic packages are shipped via UPS. Please note, currently we do not offer Saturday delivery. We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping valid on all U.S. purchases made at tropezboutiques.com shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Complimentary shipping is not applicable on orders for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico which defaults to ship using 2nd Day Air. Prices are calculated by weight.
We offer two shipping options for delivery within the United States:
Complimentary Domestic UPS Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days) to the 48 contiguous states – $0
Domestic 2nd Day Air Shipping to the 48 contiguous states (by end of second business day) – Shipping rates are based by weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
2nd Day Air Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (by end of the second business day) Shipping rates are based by weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow additional time for delivery of oversized items, oversized orders, items with special shipping charges and addresses outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. tropezboutiques.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions, or any other causes beyond our control. tropezboutiques.com reserves the right to cancel or modify these terms at any time.
